Directional Control Valves

SMC directional control valves are pneumatic devices that regulate the path of compressed air within an automation system. They control the start, stop, and direction of airflow, which in turn determines the movement of actuators such as cylinders or rotary devices. By opening, closing, or changing the flow paths inside the valve, they serve as the “traffic controllers” of pneumatic circuits.
