Description
Continuous Gas Analyzers
ABB offers three series of extractive gas analyzers to meet the requirements of different industrial sectors. These analytical benches include; IR, NDIR, TCD and FID and can measure a wide range of process gases including; CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, Cl2, NH3, Ar, H2, He, Hydrocarbons, combustion applications, and CEMS emissions monitoring and many more. Many of the optical benches are designed to handle common interference issues and can be located in a common enclosure in a large number of combinations to lower your analytical cost. ABB also offers TDL absorption spectroscopy laser analyzers that measure insitu, directly at the stack or process lines. The analyzers are delivered with an unrivaled range of innovative measurement technology, flexible analytical bench configurations, easy operation, simplified calibration and available for operation in hazardous and non-hazardous locations.
- with a flexible system design. Broadest range of analysis technology from in-line laser to specialized process photometers. Centrally and remotely operable with Ethernet networks. Designed for use in hazardous areas and with flammable sample gases.
- Analyzers so smart, they’re simple – ABB’s entry line for continuous gas analyzers. Robust and reliable for measuring gas concentrations in numerous applications. Now with the new Limas23 UV photometer and internal drift/precision reporting according QAL3!
- is compactly built and especially designed for hazardous areas. The gas analyzer is made up of the flameproof enclosed control unit which can also contain one analyzer
